my sugestion is to help out ekonomy caus its totaly bad 
so here is my sugestion

what woud be good if you chage the cc donacions into fire power donacions like you can donate wepons like you donate food only it counts us fire power for instance Q7 tenk will give 200 but Q1 will give 20 and you decice how much fire power some country needs to do AS.

it will consume a lot of diferent wepons from markets and lot of unnesisery like q1 q2 that have low price at this moment so they arent worht making them.whit this ther will be a liter biger demand for them
