One of the biggest problems with the gameplay is  the effort to create a static, fair playing field in the economic module. " Next " level weapons should require a rare resource that can only be produced by citizens in a few countries picked at random for a limited time, say 30-60 days. This would create increased activity, investment and some new strategies.

how about a poll or votes for it?

I don't think a poll would make any difference. I mean, the forum will get ignored, altogether.

I think the admins will check the forum or atleast mods will forward the suggestions to them. Otherwise this will prove me that the game is dying and no one cares for the players.
