Good idea! Erepublik team must consider this suggestion, it is obviously better than the current system.

It is not perfect, but it is a lot better than the current system, so I am all for it.
The way things are, we have a hard time recruiting AND keeping new people in the game.
New players must be able to play all parts of the game instead of waiting 2 years to be able to play the military module, nevermind the economic, which can safely be played only in D4.

Totally agree with this.
Can't think of reasons for new players to play this game..
