She was screaming your name because when a downs syndrome child tries to hump her leg to know what female contact feels like then she gets a little scared. Yes she is very wrong to laugh at downs syndrome children, but when you started slapping the palm of your head (doing a BOUD1CCA) then she couldn't help herself 

 

You do realise you can claim disability benefits if you are in the UK don't you? We look after our retards here so you'll be taken care of
