I know that there are scripts that do it but scripts are forbidden and that's something that an eR citizen must know.

You get this info in the weapon menu on the new battle page when you hover over items. However, it doesn't take into account the +10% elite citizen damage bonus, which renders it useless for any lvl101+ player.

And also you can't check it if your country and any of it's allies doesn't have any battle

But you could argue they could scrap the worthless medals section bit on the profile page...I mean you could set up your MU, be the only member and get a medal each week for top damage and kill count etc etc.
