It will be one more inequality again. Your question is not in the precision (who will lose 20% the commander of the unit who try to make his dictatorship?

 The goal of admins is to push active citizen to make their trip dictator/ democracy, to push a bing bang in the game.

And after the democracy needs to come again, one eternal battle. In this time less battles to liberate one region (it's a no-sens). 

Which country will make a resistance if they have a bad dictator. No one !

This is a small help to new players! always i see here we have no new players (and cry me a rive after)

 

a Tank as Trico wiht 110K will have 88K

another citizen with 50K will have 40K

 

a Tank remain a Tank anyway

I think  you are in the wrong topic, go to suggestion army -) change divisions 

 

- divisions not based on Lvl but on str. You will have less players who makes a new char in this game or multies (possible in cyberphone who done by a person who has access to few connections with not the same ip).

I never said that.   We see in this moment in the game and it is sad. Article of education : To all new players - Don't fight and lvl up your training ground to stay in your division with a big str. Before we pushed new players to be in action on battles. It's finished that.

 

Now to return to your topic, No player (except enemies) will want to - 20 % str.

 

New player will never be in equality with a gold player and with a former one who always boosted their str and their experience. Never !

new player example 1K strength old 100K = difference 99K

 

if we reduce from 20%

 

new player 800 strength old 80K = difference 79,200

 

 

Not so difficult to understand that is only a small help

my last words. If you make that, the game will lose all their big fighters who are buying golds. Admins will never accept that.

i've always thought to do a one time reduce right now on strength by 50% that way it lessens the gap between the big and small guys. of course this would bennefit the small guys and hurt the guys who spent big money for strength but it might even out the game more and keep new players in

Maybe not 20% but at least 1 or 2 %, even 5% and players will think more than twice to participate in those types of battles.
