I suggest to give the possibility to cancel a vote in elections or laws.

Why not ? Because i made the suggestion ?
 

Lets imagine you are going to sign a MPP but realise it's a dumb decision.
Having the possibility to change your vote could prevent to spend 10K from the country account.
