i'm have new suggetion for the admins -
Make option buy to friends Upgrades of the Training Grounds
Q2 Upgrade cost 9.9 Euro
Q3 Upgrade cost 29.9 Euro - If you already bought Q2 it'll cost 19.9 Euro
Q4 Upgrade cost 69.9 Euro - If you already bought Q3 it'll cost 49.9 Euro
In addition if you buy Q4 upgarde directly without buying Q2 and Q3 first, you'll got discount and it'll cost only 59.9 Euro.
In the 44% discount day it'll get discount of 44% on buy Upgrades to friends.
Many players don't buy gold for Upgrades but they can ask from someone to buy them Upgrades for CC so eRepublik admins will earn more money and it will make easy life to many Military Units who want help to new players be stronger.

It is a good idea, but your suggested prices are way off. Bring the prices in line with the Gold prices and I am all for the idea.

There are other means for you to give stuff to your friends, why not use those options to get your friend(s) to upgrade their TG's?
Example: If you buy gold, there is an option to buy it for a friend. Then your friend can use the gold you bought for him/her to upgrade his/her Training Ground.
So, why add a more complicated and less appealing system to the things you already have?
It is a good idea, but your suggested prices are way off. Bring the prices in line with the Gold prices and I am all for the idea.
The problem is that the value of gold vs cc changes.
