I suggest to create a New Citizenship called Stateless.

Then, create a New Law that it can withdraw the Citizenship to a citizen with Congress 66% votes.

If it was approval, Citizen will get Stateless citizenship, and He has 1 week to get another Citizenship. If he don't get it, he regain eBirth Citizen.

Why?

To expel TOvers from our countries

EDIT: Added Poll :D

Well, good option, it's maybe hard to implement if they're already part of the congress, but it's a good idea

66% in 24 hours is a whale of a time. When it's about citizenships you should proceed as quick as you can. I would suggest a Minister of Inmigration with enough power ingame to give this state by him/herself.

Well, in countries with well-organised government and congress it would be great addition, but keep in mind, that in smaller countries that'd mean that only a few people would stay in power, and they'd simply kick out their oponents.

The first part it's ok, but i think that re-birthing, it's very hard. And furthermore, if you re-birth with the cs of the country that has remove your citizen... He can easil turn to To it, because everyone will know who is... I think that Stateless Citizenship could be for ever, you can play, but you cannot vote untill you get one CS.

@UP

How can you have no citizenship? I mean really, the proposal won't solve anything and make some countriess pTOed forever(and if your idea were implemented, then even natives would be removed from country, great!)

My idea is for expel TOvers.

If a Stateless player dont get a CS in one week, his regains his first citizenship.

If congress expel a real-life chilean from Chile, for example, he regains chilean citizenship automatically

And that's just pointless, and they can vote him for no-cs on election time(huh, even CP candidate can be removed from elections for that!) Your idea is perfect party tool, which would cause massive abuses over whole eWorld. That's why it rather won't be implemented, and thank admins for that.

So if a country been PTOed, the PTOers can kick out any people that actually want to help the country? When PTOers take control they can never be removed.

Sorry, but this idea wouldn't work with those few rules you have suggested...

Looks good on paper, but would be terrible in practice. The potential for abuse is simply massive.

As people have stated, it could be used as a tool of party politics or it could keep PTO-ers in power indefinitely.

I can see a potential for abuse here, but there is also potential for abuse in the present system.  A party can decide to let in PTOers with no real repercussions in game.  This would at least give the majority in a country an effective tool to combat that.

There has to be some sort of citizenship revocation system. I don't care about the details.
