Have you noticed that rewards are sometimes not added to your account ?

 

We are supposed to get 1000 cc when we get various achievments, such as: true patriot; freedom fighter; mercenary; etc.

 

Well lately I haven't been receiving them all the time. 

 

Have any of you noticed this bug ???

 

Tickets to admin have proved surpisingly unsatisfactory.

The pop-up doesn't always come up, but i ALWAYS get the reward.

what sometimes happens is that you auto close the pop up.  or it maybe that you have a pop up blocker.  and many rewards you now get in money.  what i have noticed is , is that your numbers do not automatically adjust you need to press refresh to see the added funds.

What can we expect, I play this game almost 4 years in this account and a few months in V1 and until now I do not see any effort from "plato" team to fix the old bugs.

when I started playing this game the game was addicted even in a beta version almost 5 years later this still is a beta version it´s a shame because I am starting to give up this game in a permanent way.

The support team 90% of the time that we send a ticket is not very professional and almost every response is a automatic predefined answer.

I was banned once for almost 4h by mistake and they cleaned my account then they asked apology for the mistake but I lost everything the same thing append with some of the rewards sometimes.

 

In the end this is still a beta version with an incompetent team behind the Php and the application framework not to say with the web server that they use.

 

 

Just a small thought to plato:

 

A blind man is always blind until he realize that he is blind.

I must have misunderstood your PM. If sometimes it appears you don't receive any reward at all, it may be the gold/cc balance caching bug. Refreshing the page will not help here. You can force refresh by doing any transaction involving cc. For example, buy 1 unit of raw materials.

There is no issue that you physically don't get the reward. You always get the reward with each medal. Sometimes it may not appear straight away, but then you can do what Zordacz has said and will be fine again. So in theory there's no issue.
