I support the idea of raising the coup price. But I think that the Liberation War shouldn't cost more than 200k.

I think it should! Now coup and revolution costs 1:1. If coup costs will be risen and revolution wont then the ratio would be 1:5! So - for every 1 coup you can have 5 revolutions. With so cheap price like that noone would start coups and the Diktator module would become useless.

The price could be 1m / determination, so that after some period of time it is cheaper for the locals to make a liberation attempt.
