It would be great to have Congress elections just after CP elections.
For example:
- CP election: 1st of the month
- Congress election: 5th of the month
- Party president election: 20th of the month
This way:
1/ The CP may work with his majority
2/ A CP at the end of his mandate could run for Congress only 5days after quitting his position ; while he needs to wait 20 days (!!) now to get any power.
