Don't log in for a month with that account and it will be also removed.

If two accounts use the same IP Address they can still play so long as you don't trade items between each other I think.

The use of the same IP by more than one citizen is NOT considered to be a criterion of determining multiple accounts. Citizens are strongly advised not to make any interactions between accounts on the same IP.
Citizens in the same household are strongly cautioned to never share passwords with each other or "account sit."

Don't log in for a month with that account and it will be also removed.
An account does not get removed when you don't log in for more then 30 days... it will only be marked as eDead(this "eDead" mark will be removed when you log-in again).

They might have changed the criteria for eDeath, cause recently I saw a guy post an article in his newspaper on one day and he was marked dead on the next one.

I don't have one. All I remember is it was somebody from Poland and the article was posted no more than 2 months ago. I also posted his profile link in my friends feed so an admin could probably find it in my post history.
