I have a suggestion, what if the congress was able to vote on the matter of removing a suspicious MU?

 

Alot of nations struggle to stop enemy MUs to coup the country, if someone gets hold of an MU in a country, that person can stay in the country FOREVER.

That person can try to coup the democratic government several times, which can be catastrophic for both big and small nations.

 

That's why I want the congress to be able to vote on removing anMU, needing 66% to remove it

How then is anybody supposed to initiate a coup at all? Might as well remove the entire dictatorship module, which I don't think is an option.
