I had this idea of a open division system where any player could fight in their division as usual but also in upper division by paying some access fee. Thanks to the Infantry Kit, levels dont matter anymore, so it would open up the playing field where now one side has d4 advantage and other side has lower divisions advantage.

Example: 3 Level access: 10g [D1-D4] per campaign
                2 level access: 6g[D2-D4,D1-D3]per campaign
                1 level access: 4g[D1-D2, D2-D3, D3-D4]per campaign

This is just an instant idea and I havent given much thought into it. So suggestions, criticsm all welcome.
