Suggestion is to make divisions by maximum hit. In my opinion that is better then by experience or strength or rank. Maximum hit is combination of all those three.
You can then dismiss Infantry kit and everyone would then buy Blitz Krieg, ELabs will get same amount of money.
Why I am suggesting this ? Imagine that you are new player, how you will continue to play when you see that in Your DIV 1 have to fight with people who have more than 100 k strength and Titan ranks ? What You would do ? Leave game.
So, if You want that this game survive You have to do this, because people stop gradually to play and new ones coming and left game from above reasons.

Yup. agreed.
And we should think about eliminating "work as manager" while we are at it. There are manny players that are more interested in economy than in war. It would be much more rewarding (not to mantione economical) to work a little bit on that module, not only on war module.

PS: Learn to English, man, it is an essential language these days (we will change it to Serbian one day, and you already excell in it, but still, that time is not yet here)

I could agree with that, IK could remain, but nobody would buy it, because people buying it mostly for suppression of experience points.

If we make divisions according to the max hit, players will again be able to manipulate their division by witholding from fighting and waiting until most of the players from their division progress to the next one, and then chasing BHs. The only real solution would be INEVITABLE progress to the next division, like I sugested a long time ago. That way, no manipulations would be possible, and players would be encouraged to hit as much as they can.

To hell with it, make divisions by birth. eRep has been here for 7 years, make 7 divisions (or 8 since we entered another eRep year). A newly registered player will be in D1, when he hits his first eRep birthday, he'll enter D2 and so on. That way:
- everybody would know when they would hit the next division
- people would have no reason to restrain from fighting, they can pump and hit
- in fact, if they have a brain, not only will they pump and hit in lower divisions as well, but they will do it all the time, like today's D4 players.
- people would have no argument to complain with, since all players would have an equal chance, a year before hitting off the next division. If they don't use it properly, who cares. I don't.

You have some good points with whom I can agree. But my suggestion is away better than what we have now. What You miss, people in lower divs who buy IK, after change would buy Blitz and they would reach at level 100 10 % more damage, at level 200 free training and so on. I don't think that would be so much players who would only work and train, because they have to hit and get goodies from weekly challange and would be intrested to reach 100, 200 levels and so on.
