I would suggest a Judiciary system in e-Republik.
There should be a elected judiciary of each country which should have the right to listen the case and then give decision. The judiciary should also be given the right to dismiss President, or any other minister and to ban them for a particular time period to contest elections.
The Judiciary system shall also be in the Parties where the Judiciary has the right to dismiss Party President from the office or to cancel the Party membership!
All the players shall be allowed to file a case in judiciary and Judiciary shall be bound to give a decision in 5 days of the case.

If a group is strong enough to win government elections, would probably win judiciary elections, compromising the needed impartiality.

I propose that for judiciary elections candidate have to leave political party and would contest independently. After winning the the head of the judiciary would not represent any political group and couldn't join any party!

If the Judiciary candidate leave his Party, he don't lose his ideal and thinking about fauvorit party.  He will continue thinking if Left is better that Right or not.

 

A Supreme Judiciary group made with one member of each party?

The sentences could be Simple Vote (50% + 1 of members).

 

Also could apply Penalty fee to citizens, Country Pressident, Minster, Congressman,  that don't respect laws.

Please add the following more to make this game rather more interesting:


Constitution should be made compulsory to make. Make "Jail" where citizens will go and have nothing to access for some time. Only those who don't abide constitution or make gangs. Government can only throw them in case of rebels or anything like that

National Jobs: Hospital (Revive those who are beaten up), Immigration Agency, prison(Gets the illegal people in jail for specific time... While in jail nothing could be accessed...) etc

Choice between Parliamentary and Congress way of democracy

I really like this idea. The Judiciary system could replace the current mods system and allow countries to dictate what they feel is acceptable content. This would essentially open up a whole new module and could have massive implications for the political system.
