just checked erepublik market place.. gm.. what if i want to buy a t-shirt, or bandana, or a painting, or a book, or a music instrument.. is it possible?

Do you want them to make a new item in the game? They have to have a purpose and then make a whole factory that costs a bunch of money to make those items. If you want trade for objects via black market you can do that.

I like this.  Some items that expire after a certian time.  but have no other use than 

 

"culture"  

 

give each country a culture rating, and new items that if each citizen has improves the culture rating.

 

but have culture rating do nothing! just some new rank to achieve!  

 

or it could change the background color of a person profile based on the color t-shirt they buy

 

t shirts expire after a week.  if activated.

I'm not exactly sure what you want. There was a site inside erepublik where you was able to buy erepublik fan stuff (erepublik t-shirt, mug, etc.) Unfortunately the address is not working anymore ( http://shop.erepublik.com/ )
