I would be awesome if a guide to publishing could be found on wiki or here.
Presently trying to publish a video loop (unfortunately from imgur,com) any advice would be appreciated.

You can publish gifs. WebM (gifv) is not supported.

Well 'url link will also redirect people to the video. you cant have a video run in your article.
