One more QUESTION!
Country have region A and B
A region - Iron and alluminium (total region bonus 25%)
B region - Oil and Saltpeter (total region bonus 45%)
REgion A have trade route to region B
My company is located in Region A, so my bonus is - country productivity bonus + 25% or country productivity bonus + 70% ?????????

Can we get any more detail on 'pollution'? How big of a percentage are we looking at? 100 works = 10%?
Hi!
" productivity_bonus = country_productivity_bonus + % of region_productivity_bonus - pollution "
which resources influence the contamination? How can it be calculated? Are only the new resources going to contaminate or all of them?
Are we able to actively track the pollution of a region? is it displayed somewhere, e.g. within the region details?
Furthermore: Are there some more details regarding the new industry? Otherwise no-one can really say if it is a good idea to invest the tokens into it. It's like paying for something that nobody has an idea of - and in the end it wasn't even worth it.
I'm afraid we haven't got any more information at the moment as of how the pollution will be calculated.
How works pollution?
100 workers, = -10%. 200 workers = -20%. 300 workers = -30%.
or
100 workers, = -10%. 200 workers = -25%. 300 workers = -40%.
I need to know today to decide how deply rare and very rare resources.
The pollution will be affecting all companies as per the number of works done in the Region on the previous day.

I've notified the developers about this. In order to make any changes you will need to remove the region priorities/resources and reassign it again.

Sorry it is my bad, up to 4 DIFFERENT resources can be placed in the same Region.
Which one is it, 4 or 5?

@Gucio Why are you ignoring my posts and my questions? You seem to answer to all, except me?

This is going to be another typical, badly thought out, even more badly implemented screw up. No information on new resource and what it does. No information on pollution and how its calculated. Haphazard and rushed features such as regional work. This will not end well for anyone trying to find out the best possible region to place their companies as pluto refuses to hand over vital information to players, presidents and company owners to make a well informed decision. I hold very little hope that this change will do anything positive for the game, just as the umpteen previous badly thought out, terribly implemented updates beforehand. This will just drive more players away due to the lack of information to make an informed decision in a so called strategy game. What a joke

Which one is locked, greyed area or red area?

I have a question about this:
Company Productivity
The productivity of a Company will be computed as the sum of Country productivity bonus and a percentage of the productivity bonus of the Region where the Company is located. Regions will be affected by a pollution factor that is based on the number of “works” done in the Region in the previous day. Basic formula : productivity_bonus = country_productivity_bonus + % of region_productivity_bonus - pollution
can " % of region_productivity_bonus - pollution " drop below zero? When the pollution is higher than the region productivity bonus or the region has no bonuses and some pollution...
Also will the pollution be hardcapped, so a high bonus region always has a minimum of " bonus - pollution(max) " percent bonus?
These questions are important when we have to decide where to place our companies...

Another question: Which effect will Trade Embargoes have on the productivity and/or tax?

Which one is locked, greyed area or red area?
Seems like they fixed the map, so It should be the whole grey area which now displays as red area if you check it again.

Cool, I am not the only one then. But, how do I understand this? Does that means that the answers don't want to be given to the customers/players, or they don't know what they talk about?

So... CPs will have to place resources for a company that still nobody knows what it is nor its strategic value?
It is not a good idea. A lot of players will be piss off after the tournament.
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.

Admins!
Can you tell me why you've changed radius rules just in the beginning of tournament?
3 days ago:
now :
are you trolling us?
There was a visual discrepancy between real life distances and what was displayed on the map due to the web Mercator projection model ( https://en.wikipedia...ator_projection ). The issue was solved in the meantime.

Your resource wars are stupid and you should feel ashamed
Posted 07 May 2016 - 08:17 PM
You can't change radii after the tournament began for God's sake! You are doing it again: just DON'T change anything when the event starts, no matter how poorly planned it was (and you surely poorly planned this, since you announced the exact rules ONE day before everything started, when countries already made expensive AS deals which became irrelevan once when we found out all the facts). You screwed up bunch of countries with this update so return those distances to what they were at the beginning of this poorly planned tournament or continue with this and face the loss of even more unsatisfied players. You didn't even announce it in latest news, but in forums only so you could avoid bigger players' rage
