It's truly a shame. They (most likely) had the most activity during Resource Wars 2016, and everyone was super hype about the upcoming changes, yet they're really dropping the ball with the implementation. 18+ days after the end of Resource Wars, and we've gotten almost no update. Combine that with the summer being a historical time of lower activity, I'm afraid that the changes may come a bit too late.

Are They changing the RWE results ?

They will do as usual. 

 

They will bring the planes (delayed) without telling us what is all about, we will have to see it for ourselves, we will find many bugs and bad implications, they will not care. 

 

Why, if 'planes are coming' (slowlier than 'winter is coming' from GOT), you don't give us ANY information, so we can give you some FEEDBACK, and you can PREVENT mistakes?.

Without the new distribution of resources, there is no real war on course. All the movement the resource war had got is being lost by INACTION.
