Since the developers try to bring back funny things of v1, e.g. Complexity, House Industry, Organisations (Holdings)...

I think it's time to reintroduce the Work Skill.

With it, another variable could be added to the productivity formula:

Productivity Bonus Country Productivity Bonus Region Productivity Bonus Player Booster - Region Pollution Factor + Work Skill

I think a good maximum Value of the Work Skill could be +20% and should (or should not?*) only be added to the "Work as Manager Industries" (Food/Weapons.... Aircrafts?).

* Maybe it could also be added to the House Industry when using Work Units, however the effect should be halfed. So the max. is 10% to not give the "skilled" players a too great advantage.

Work Skill points should be acquired by working as emloyee and as manager. Employee work should maybe count 2x...

Also, Work Skill should become exponentially harder to level up:

Level 1: Work 4 Times: +1%

Level 2: Work  another 8 Times: +2%

Level 3: Work another 16 times: +3%

Level 10: Work another 2048 times: + 10% (total: 4092)

Level 15: Work another 65536 times: +15% (total: 131.068)

Level 20: Work another 2.097.152 times: +20% (total: 4.194.300)

So somewhere around Level 15 it becomes really hard, but not impossible to level up.

Existing Hard Worker medals should be awarded with the equivalent to 50 times employee work each

at the moment such an update gets implemented.

Also after such an upgrade, Hard Worker medals could give a bonus of 10 times worked.

To balance this out, the max. pollution could be increased to 30-35% (while still having the same requirements for 0-25% polluition).

Also, to make this a win-win for the community and eRepublik Labs, a "Work Skill Booster" could be sold in e.g. the Tycoon Pack, increasing the Work Skill gain by 25, 50 or even 100%.

If you work in 200 companies every day, need 28 RL years to gain +20% bonus. A lot :P

I think there's a problem since they introduced the work tickets. This need 21 different items (working ticket +0%, +1%, +2% ... +20%)

And increase the gap between new and old player (the last one will receive more salary because of his/her skill bonus).

Well, it shouldn't affect the salary, because how I proposed it, the work as employee is not affected. Everyone still produces 1 work unit when working once.
However it could have an effect on how much the employer gets out of this work unit.

And the differences would be tiny, because most people will get stuck somewhere around 10-15%.

Also with PP and BP you can work up to 960 times a day. (more because of level-ups, less because of health loss due to too long breaks).

This would mean that you need 11,97 (~12) years for 20%. For the 19% it needs only 6 years and also less time due to a possible booster.

Sorry, not read about WT not involved in this (but here "* Maybe it could also be added to the House Industry when using Work Units, however the effect should be halfed. So the max. is 10% to not give the "skilled" players a too great advantage.")

But we must consider 2-3 high changes in the 10 year of the game. 12 years mean another 3-4 big changes, there's a risk that any effort to gain this will give you nothing in some years because of new change, removal/edit of this one. And, who will play 12 years in a "work-only" game?

Personally I prefer a step back: removing WAM to give a better life to the markets (both prod/jobs) than give another bonus for this. New bonuses help a bit, a much of big producer lost 7% production than previous system (+100 become +93% with high pollution). But something tell me still over production and anything to stop it will be a lifesaving in economy.

I think the oppsite should be implimented.

people when they work one week they can work every day!

but after a few motnhs of working a mandatory day off is required.  so the person cannot work one day a week.

then after a year or two of working the player gets "old"  and needs to have two days off a week which they cannot work.

this would force players t invest in factories and hire workers to work for them if they want income.

once the player gets to level 200.  the player can no longer work for someone else.  they can only work in their own factories  :)

the player retires from working and can only be a manager
