Is it normal when i buy a gold to lose some of it for some reason.I bought 10 gold but i received 9 ..First i was thinking maybe i did mistake and tried to buy 1 more but the limit was reached..

You're sure you've payed for 10 G in CC?

 

Example: 

 

If you want but 10 G for 4000, game give you 9 G, how many CC you've lost? 4000 or 3600?

You might have bought 9.99 gold or something, which rounds down to 9. If you click on send money to a player, it will tell you the  full amount with fractions of how much gold you have. If you want to make it up to 10 just buy the remaining fraction from the monetary market.
