The Presiden that elected in Dictactorship still get medal, I think how can people not work/action in policy for his country can get that prestisgius medal (Country President Medal) ??

I have an idea, that medal can give to Country President (in Dictactorship) by request of dictactor in that country (maybe by sent ticket)..
Or if happen a revolution and win, the country President Medal automatically turns or give to Country President in that moment like Liberate Medal for Leader of revolution..

The country's population still votes for the CP, so maybe you shouldn't consider the medal as a reward for actually doing work, but rather as an acknowledgement of the people's will.
