On the 25 of July I bought a Air Craft raw Material Plant ( Titanium Refinery) & a Air Craft weapons Plant. the weapons Plant is at 170%
the Raw Material is169.75%. it stated that is the Bonuses for Area and all, Yet I cannot work in either why is that? Now if i need to Put other People in there Fine I will sell Both But that Sucks Not being able to work in a Plants you Build.

Work as manager is not possible in a aircraft weapons plant(just as it is in the house companies).
As you already discovered, you need employees to make it work.
i'm not sure about the raw material facility.... but if you can work in it, make sure you are located in the region where your company/facility is located.
