FK Kukesi is an Albanian team which came from 2nd division of this country on the first category, got the 2nd place immediately, eliminated 3 european teams on Europa League qualifying (including metalurh donetsk), and now will play on play off with strong turkish side - Trabzonspor.

 

KUKESI is the team with the lowest coefficient on Europa League but still managed to eliminate 3 considered way much stronger teams. Everyone underestimated them, but they still managed to go through. With metalurg, at HOME kukesi on betting companies had something like 6.00 - 7.00 coefficient to win.

 

Even now, with trabzonspor they are not favorites at all, but after their achievements no one should underestimate them. Even Shakhtar Donetsk's famous manager - Lucesku said to Trabzonspor to be careful from Kukesi..
