what, what? there's no economy... you just make supplies for war and that's it. you shoud proly ask when are they going to add economy module

except, if we(players) don't buy gold for 1-2 months, the economy will be fixed.

Economy can be fixed if there is constant consumption of various stuff. Implementing new and different materials for products and implementing many other products.
And most important - more rigorous account checkup. For example max 3 profile / IP (family), and prohibition of proxy servers.
Otherwise is everything useless.. i voted NEVER.

Some quick sugestion:
1 - Bring back the buildings !
2 - Bring back the deffence systems !
3 - Bring back the hospitals !
4 - Implement 3 different fighting skills !
5 - Bring back the travelling tickets !

Economy is probably the major flaw that eRepublik Team has done to this game. I only can assume profit is more important that developing the game & pleasing the players. Economy does not exist, its just a word in eRepublik.

It doesn't need fixing because it's not broken. You can make a profit, it's about the choices you make and the time you invest in economy.

Maybe it is impossible. I do not know.
The problem of economy in erepublik is only one goal exist. This is war. Two products are necessary. These are foods and weapons.
Profit is difficult in this "perfect competition" economy,because there isn't a large difference in products.

Because you can't do economy when you can buy gold from external source.
AND You always need remove products from game.

There is no way to make every1 rich. Always some1 will be rich, but most of ppl have to be poor and will work for the rich. When everyone is rich, no one has to buy the products because they can produce it themselves. I think there is no way to repair it, but in V1 economy was much better than now
