Me and others were suggesting this for years.
Something has to be done to make the Employee page more functional and user-friendly.
1. Give us the ability to sort the employees by
- their name
- their salary
This way we can easier change the salary when the market changes or change the salary of a specific worker.
2. Give us boxes we can check to select employees to
- fire them
- change their salary
This prevents having to reload the page hundreds of times, which will also reduce traffic to the server and e.g. mobile internet users.
3. Make the list more compact so we don't have to scroll down/search for years.
4. Add an option to automatically fire employees after X days of inactivity, which we can set. (X > 0 for a obvious reason)
