Free trade agreements between countries. Basically the same mechanics as MPP's. 30 day duration and must be approved by both congress's. Citizens of countries with a free trade agreement are exempt from all import tax's.
This would add whole other level to diplomacy and build stronger alliances between nations along with a whole new set of laws for congress to debate and vote on.
Free trade agreements have no cost but must be approved by both congress's. Citizen's still must have a license to sell in the free trade country partner, just like now.
Benefits to Plato is people would buy more licences and it would be a shot in the arm for the economy. It would also generate a lot more interaction between players from different countries.
I think this would be fairly easy to implement because it follows the MPP mechanic so closely.
