Pretty much already exists whoever can spend the most to maintain their Dictatorship.
Which is a crap module mind you.

eUK used to have a monarch system of some sort. Before the dictatorship he was our pretend "eKing" but didn't do anything. When dictatorship came out and we needed someone to hold a defensive dictatorship he was the obvious choice, and so became the real eKing of eUK.
But basically Oni is right, dictatorships suck and eUK has had serious problems with it.

I'm totally down for this. But a dictatorship ain't like a monarchy because it isn't as pretty ya know??
