We would like to inform you that between 2016/11/16 and 2016/11/25, the “request an appeal option” has not been functional; thus, the owners of permanently banned accounts have not been able to contest the penalty. In the meanwhile, the issue has been fixed and those of you who have been unable to appeal have the chance to do it now.
We want to apologize for the inconvenience this has created and to assure you that all the appeals will be processed in the shortest time possible.
