Currently, I am "Legends of Italy: Khal Inept Battalion VI"
  Khal Inept VI Battalion was awarded by "Ikki Phoenix - Legends of Italy: Ikki Phoenix Battalion XVII."

Khal Inept is his choice of name, for him to be an inept, incompetent, worthless, can be a joy for him.

For other Italian players, including myself, it is an offense and discredits the value of Italy.

Maybe you do not know the meaning of the word "inept" from the dictionary:
Generally awkward or clumsy; haplessly incompetent.
INAPPROPRIATE; unsuitable; out of place, absurd or foolish.

Yes, a word can mean many things but I wouldn't think that word is out of line. That is no vulgar/racist/inappropriate by any means. I would love to be part of worthless/clumsy battalion.

Damn, let's all move to small countries and change our nicks to "impotent", "loser", worthless" or such just before we get the rank up in legend, then change back our nicks and change citizenship. Now who'd like to advance to the next rank in order to be called "impotent", "loser", "worthless"???

I do not agree with changing the name.  I know of another player with such a name in Italy Inept Punisher.  He could explain his name and considered it a worthy name.  Obviously whoever chose it did it for some kind of humoristic reason.  Therefore as first person to reach the rank you must honor him.

clearly he chose to honor other players for a certain batallion .  Your mistaken that it applies to the legend rank it only applies to a certain level of legend. So as you progress your name will change almost like grasshopper legend to elite legend.
