bring a small change to the way voting on law proposals are handled : there's the 24-hour limit, keep that, but if the voting count for Yes or No fullfill the necessary majority then Accept that decision immediately (what's the point of 24 hours waiting when mathematically the result is already determined)

 

NOT valid for Elections of course, multicheck needs to be done, for Congress that check was done on Congress Election I assume

Would not be great as it would give unfair advantage to countries with dictatorship, as their descicions would be immidiate.

It would certainly speed things up, and dictators are one-player rulers so why not an immediate decision
