Tell me ONE realistic reason why this hasn't been implemented yet.

Q6/7 - they promised these would give energy regeneration => hard to balance it for everyone without further nerfing the Weekly Challenge. Remember how juicy it used to be before the Power Pack? Also the price would be affordable only for the richest - Q4/5 already cost an arm and a leg to have them activated 24/7.

 

Q2+ air weaps - as above, prohibitive cost.

 

Perception training - building another wall between new and old players.

No need for air training. Only 25% of battles are air battles. The new players deserves at least this much chance. I'm in div3 with 28k str, and I'm happy about this no training thing  :) We need a place where players are equal.
Q6/Q7 houses would be good. 
What do you mean as "other announced features"?
