Ok we see this always players getting arrogant about the number of multies they can create

This player

brags about creating this multi to annoy players with

No punishment is given to him.

So explain how exactly is determined whether player 2 is a multi.  The logical assumption its by finding same IP address as player 1. So why are player 1 always left to continue on his way.

Why ban this then?  Its like there is this crime family and you know the gang leader send a soldier to kill a man but you dont prosecute him?

let us summarize if i have an account and create another account then i have 2 ip addresses that is the same. ok if i create 2 and they differ from my original ip then what you say can be legit. however if you have the knowledge to create 2 accounts with different ip addresses why cant you create 3 dissimilar addresses. somehow what you say sounds more complicated than the normal  multi creator would bother with.

I'm afraid we do not disclose details of how we determine whether accounts are administrated by the same person. At the same time, each case is analysed individually and penalties are applied accordingly. Similarly, we cannot disclose the exact banning policies we use.

Like said previously, each case is analysed on individual basis. We cannot disclose details of punishments in specific case nor the exact outcome of an investigation.
