As I have stated why dont  you change your stupid org system.  30 orgs mean 30 different emails.  Really in all my time in online games I have never experienced such nonsense.

But to top it all the absolute dragging of your feet with org resets.

Lets recap - Ticket from highest officer in country - marked urgent. His request cannot be handled "conveniently" because of dragging of feet. And in 1 day the next CP resets all the orgs from a group notorious for their corruption/multies/black market trading/account riders/ usage of bots etc etc. How do honest people beat this crowd?

So could the current community manager Gucio explain to me if my tickets take 5 days to process does the current Cp get all 30 orgs reset in one day. Without this

Really pathetic guys! But I guess you need to employ such people so they give you that extra stink when people talk about your company.

Afaik it's on purpose and to the benefit of the involved country. I've been a CP/dictator before and they respond very quickly (sometimes within minutes) if your rule isn't about to end soon. If it does, they stall until the power is passed on to the new president. It is good, because it prevents the last minute's theft by leaving rogue CPs.

It's kinda suspicious when someone wants to reset the organisations 3 days before elections. Kinda fishy. And a month seems much longer than 3 days. Not even whole I would say.

well if you had a basic concept of computing than it wouldnt take a month. but one has to create 30 individual emails with passwords and  2 or 3 phase security. one can of course with google just add + 234 to any email to give it another name but ofc you cannot implement this /facepalm. the word schlep comes to mind but ofc if you dont have to do anything there is no schlep for you. i even gave you an idea that would end the need for emails. but ofc that would involve programming and stuff.

Okay, just to clarify. We don't exactly follow the priorities of the tickets, some tickets can be answered straight away and some tickets may need more time for investigation, thus you shouldn't really follow the pattern of the lower the priority is, the more time it will take to get a response and vice versa.

Yes, sometimes tickets do get moved between departments thus it may take longer to get a response. At the  same time we don't usually reset organisation passwords couple of days before the elections.

Of course we can implement the "+" technique from Google, actually it was even implemented, but then that's like giving a green light to all the multi makers to use 1 email address for 1000 accounts, so no that won't work.

We do appreciate all feedback and suggestions, and using a logging system like you have mentioned would've been indeed much easier, thus this has been passed over to the rest of the team.
