As a player who has been more than 12 times MOE of a country, I can feel a need for a new option to help the country better.
The problem:
When we face a new player we can not explain every single detail to him, when we want to address him to an article, we dont remember who was the publisher, and when was it published, wiki is dead and obsolete and we should explain everything by ourselves, if we can.
preface:
Wiki was the best idea for solving the problem, but now most of the articles there are out dated. The reason to me is that one should write it without expecting anything in return. No money (I know about the prize of top 3 wiki writers which is not enough), no fame, no benefit for the writer himself
Usually people in charge of MOE write articles on new event, reminding others of old tricks and so on, we have endorsements in our newspapers and it will always bear our names on it. But the problem still exists, its not all together.
Suggested Solution:
Make something such as Orgs, or things like that, only for purpose of MOEs in every country.
It can be a tab like what becomes accessible when we become congress members.
in it we can publish articles with our names on it, endorsements redirected to our accounts, make it all time editable for MOE so that MOE can edit an old article or mark it as obsolete. most importantly they are all in one place and visible to all country members.
