Plato, just remember your customers base is made of people with full time jobs and maybe a family. Without scripts we will not even be able to follow the normal lenght of a Campaign, don't overdo it. ;)

14 different skills...c'mon...

I think this has to do with securing the same system for a few years. If they had introduced, say, seven terrains, biggest players would have maxed everything when they reach 280k strength in a year or two. Now max set needs 560k, which will be much further away.

for this event for a specific battle it would not mater if someone trained 10 years or just 2 (if rank is neglected) this is serious backstab

rank is 50% damage more.

if they remove the cap, than the old players might somehow agree, but with cap, only the new players would agree.

Afaik the system is only event-related. But really, the guys who enjoyed the micro-managing aspect of the game left years ago.

Just think of the poor guys who dispatch people on different rounds and divisions or the ones who will need to spend more money to adjust the scripts to this new reality.

Thats why the 14 terrains im guessing.  Longer to reach 40k in all of them

Yeah. it is. However, I consider it to be some sort of live testing for a new permanent mechanic, at least it looks like that. You're both right, should have clarified. Thanks

First, the skill updating is seriously broken, at least for me. Put some skills to 30 000 and kept some strength in reserve just to get a feel for the new fighting system. Now the skill sliders don't work and it's impossible to invest any extra strength in a skill (applies also to skills currently at 0). As I recall, I should have been able to add whatever extra strength I get from training without doing skill reset. So here we have the first major "feature, not a bug". Won't attempt to do a skill reset, too, because I wonder what happens if I get stuck with 0 fighting skill after that.

Secondly, the battles now drag on much longer because each opponent is taken out in 1 hit. For people with packs but no scripts this could mean lengthy period of monotonous clicking, and for damage output like we haven't seen in years. Bad user experience right there, no excitement is fighting this way.

And the rest of issues other commentators have mentioned. Considering leaving eRep more than ever.

Sorry to hear that you've encountered the issues.

Could you please send us a ticket so that we can look into this further for you?

I was going to, but once I logged in the game a bit later the issue was no more. Basically, strenght assignment sliders were not shown and thus could not be used for a while
