I have an idea, I think eRepublik should make a fitur on Deploy tools that can make a country can set to 0% allies so it will make TW easier to hendle.
Explaination :
Deploy Allied Forces
Basicly all MPP will automatically deployed until max to 15% power points.. Some country have problem to control their TW because their allies fight on the wrong side when TW because it deployed, so i suggest the admin make a fitur that we can set it manually to 0% deployment.. So it can make TW more easier to handle..

It's not just allies. In RWs there are no allies deployed, and people still fight stupidly and/or selfishly.
Croatians sabotage their own TWs with Peru and Thailand because dumb players hit for TP, Americans with New Zealand and UK, Colombians (omg these are a-holes) with UK, Lithuanins with Australia...

eRepublik won't support changes that make TW more easier. TW are not a game feature. Players created them to make currency and gold.

I'm pretty they were created in order to keep the interest in game, when there isn't any actual war
Other than that, nope to the OP

You take another person's rights to war at the side of battlefield they want..
Principally, if you want your Training War success try to command your people and/or your allies. Yet, you can use combat order to make it easier to mobilize damage.
