this article clearly mentions other games and was reported but you dont remove this offensive external advertising and punish the player.

That article only mentioned the games tetris and pong as means of reference... it was in no way an attempt to advertise.

And if you even know those 2 games(look it up on google) you would have known it had nothing to do with advertisement, AT ALL.

 

It sounds like you did not properly inform yourself of the content of the article nor the context in which you found the mentioning of 2 games.
