As soon as the game switches to day units from hours you have no idea how long you have to wait for new laws. If you kept time in hour units people could figure it out exactly how long they have to wait.
Better yet you could have days along with hours.. A day would mean exactly 24 hours have passed not a calendar day or what ever confusing notion it is based on now.
It is ridicules having a strategy game that has rules based on the passage of time and no possible way to see the time required easily.
Also on the war screen it says "so and so is about to attack" it should say "so and so has 4 hours to attack."
Let's make the game more playable and enjoyable and make it clear to everyone what time means . Right now the expressions of the passage of the time have no accurate meaning.
