Why not allow Countries to set their own concession law rates or at least have more options?

In reality countries are setting their own rates now but the work keeping track of GDP and tax income lines is completely insane. I am having active players become inactive players over this burden of work.  This game is no longer fun at the highest levels.

We could have a set of laws with no compensation component at all and let the countries deal with it themselves or we could have several options to choose from when proposing the law. We now know the market for resources and Plato's rates are way  to high  compared to the reality of what countries are willing to pay and willing to rent for.

I would suggest being able to set a ceiling perhaps?  Whatever percentage with a ceiling figure. Once the ceiling is reached no more compensation is paid.

Please consider keeping compensation out of the in game mechanics for concession laws or at the very least give us more options for in game compensation laws so we can actually use them.

Thank you for your consideration.
