Title.

 

It's disgusting how the Work Tax is used by country owners (not CPs or Dics, OWNERS apparently having the most multis) to scam their employees by several percent of their wages.

 

They then collect the Work Tax for themselves. 

 

Some people or bots are still too lazy to look up the highest net salary and instead just pick the first one in the list.

 

This blatant abuse of game mechanics has to stop and therefore I suggest to sort the job offers by the Net Salary.

Showing net wages is a terrible idea at all, causing managers from countries with high work tax to raise their salaries a lot in order to remain competitive on the job market and I recommend completely removing it.

it's abused by dictators who get the tax from the country treasury.
