I press get a job and then there's no additional buttons to get a job, just a list of jobs.

You have to be located in the job market's country.

...after traveling and getting the desired wage. You do not need to be located in the same nation as the job offer to work. (Also check for low work tax)

There's no need to check the work tax, since there's the Net salary column, from which one can find easier which job offer is the best in terms of salary.
