I'm new to eRepublik and really want to get good at this game. I have all day to paly because I work at home. I'm in Iran... but am open to friendships outside of Iran. Please help. Currently, I can't work, because I don't have Energy.. i can't get energy because i can't buy food... and I'm not 50 strength so i can't sell anything to get IRR... anyone know what i should do?

Is there a country in iran's Alliance that is ran by English Speakers and will train/help me to learn the game and get to decent level of advancement? I've got several businesses in Iran... not sure if I'd lose them.. but, I really want to get good at this game and am willing to switch Citizenship to do so.
