I would like to throw in a suggestion, which is based on the fact several (especially smaller) countries have Gold reserves in their in-game Treasury, which they cannot efficiently deplete and use for their needs (only via "issue currency" Law, which is not exactly helpful to extract Gold, or via "Declare War" Law, which is not useful for collecting Gold though). Could some sort of Donate Law to the org be implemented, similarly like we have with Currency? Of course, there would be some maximum limit (let's say 100 Gold per Law - IDK, what number would be fitting), but I believe it should not be that hard to implement, and it would certainly help some countries (wink, wink, Netherlands ) to finally be able to reach their currently unreachable gold reserves.
