Veteran players having lots of strength - they rule the battlefield on ground. Even tho air divisions were created, its not solving problem completely. So I'm talking here about potentially shortening the gap between veterans and new players. Lets say those "new" players having less than... I dunno... 90,000 strength (just some strength value)? Anyway, about idea...

 

- New pack will be available depending on citizen's strength. If citizen having too much strength then pack is not available for them to purchase.

- New pack (among standard gold and etc.) will give citizen new special building - 5 training ground. Training ground will be active for one month since pack purchase.

- This training ground will give citizen +200 strength daily (just some value) then training.

 

This way low strength citizen can shorten gap within a year or so and have more fun on ground battles too (if they decide to go for it) while being not completely useless almost all the time like they are right now. Though they of course need to buy this pack monthly for a year or so. 

Also training on this training ground can be made to cost in CC. This way it can somewhat address issue with ingame CC inflation.

Or allow new players, or old players with low str to buy "strenght pack", but to maximum amount of 70% of bigest strenght player in the game, or some other scale could be invented.. But something must be done to include low str players in the game..

Allowing "strength packs" to be purchased by new players or veteran players with low str would also be an option, but only up to a maximum of 70% of the strongest player in the game. However, action must be taken to involve players with low str in the game.

I think that even reducing that proposed gap to 85-90% top strenght with that one-time purchase pack would give would be nice too without harming excessively to those who train everyday from 2009.

 

Allowing citizens to play on ground would make game funnier and easier to join for newcommers or for those that left the game years ago and cameback
