Hi!
I am a relative new player (just 11 days), used to play for about 5 months in 2012, but I forgot my email. I have some questions:

1)In Div I, most BH dmg is no less than 1M, and most of those BH are the same user in all four divisions (Maverick pack right?).
So, is there any chance I can look for a BH without a maverick pack, or well, not being a visaplayer? Because my only BH in my old account just dealt 780k dmg, which looks way insufficient these days.
2)If question 1 is impossible, does it make any sense to play without doing any purchase?
3)My eCountry is Peru right now. Looks like nobody is active but visas(older than 10 years accounts,dealing tons of dmg in every war and divisions, the same 4 or 5 people) I cannot reach(tried to chat to my CP without response, tried to enter IRC page without success). My question is taht is worthy to keep my eNationality or maybe I can look for another, more active country? If so, what eCountry would I apply? Or maybe nothing changes unless you use $$$...
