While 400k worked fine for a long time, inflation has made that no longer the case. It's time to raise the cap above 400k. Even with 1% tax rates some nations are stuck with money in the treasury that they can't get out fast enough to actually use it, even if they did a donation ever 24 hours.

Literally half of the world is erased or has 1-2 regions left, with no chance of ever coming back and next to 0 income.
