How are you?

I think new players lose interest in the game due to the huge difference in strength with players who have been playing for many years.

On the other hand it is correct that players who play long ago have an advantage.

But I want to propose an intermediate solution that allows the difference to narrow in relative terms over the years.

If a player trains and works the reward could be:

Reward = natural logarithm (strength of the strongest player in the game - own strength)

For example the strength of misho is 292,266.41 and my strength is 155,803.98

So the reward would be:

Reward = natural logarithm (292266,41-155803.98) = 11,82

Obviously, a weaker player never surpasses a stronger player due to the characteristics of the natural logarithm.
As the difference narrows, the reward also decreases.
